About the Role
Onshore Technical is supporting a requirement for a Project Manager to represent NGED’s Land and Property Team on a key refurbishment project at the Tipton Main Office. The successful applicant will oversee the implementation and management of an NEC4 contract to support the refurbishment of Floor 1, which will accommodate approximately 90 operational colleagues.
This is a part-time role, with flexible attendance on site as required, and will be delivered under NGED policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Project Manager under NEC4 contract provisions
* Oversee delivery in accordance with NGED requirements and governance
* Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Maintain programme, quality, and compliance expectations
* Attend the Tipton office on an as-needed basis
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience managing NEC4 contracts
* Understanding of refurbishment and property-based projects
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills
* Ability to deliver under client-side frameworks
* Immediate or short-notice availability
