Job Details
We are growing our team. We are looking for a service desk assistant to join our flagship school budget management software team. If you are experienced in a customer service environment, ideally on a technical service desk which supports a large number of users, we would like to hear from you.
Key Accountabilities
Provide service desk support to our customers in a professional manner, recorded on our information management system and managed through to resolution, following our KPI’s for call resolution times.
Documenting all resolutions following the service desk procedures and flowcharts.
To commit to undertake continual training and development in the products supported.
New account set ups for all supported systems.
Assist with key projects to continue to drive the company forward.
Role Holder Requirements
If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:
Previous work in a customer service environment, ideally on a technical service desk which supports a large number of users.
Ability to respond to a varying amount of customer queries from across the organization, while remaining resilient and enthusiastic.
Experience of delivering customer service across a variety of communication channels.
