Administrator Pertemps are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a small business in West byfleet for 4 - 8 weeks. This position is going to be covering paternity leave and looking to start immediately. Responsibilities: - General administration duties - Produce quotes - Sales order processing - Taking credit card payments - Booking in couriers - Purchase order processing and recording of goods received - Office and warehouse administration and stationery ordering - Liaise with the warehouse and engineers Requirments: - Sage 50 experience - Strong administration experience - Ability to prioritise workload - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Available immediately This Administrator position will be working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
