We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to drive digital growth and performance marketing across our hospitality portfolio. The successful candidate will lead multi-channel digital strategies, oversee paid and organic acquisition, and maximise ROI while delivering exceptional guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, email, and CRM.
2. Lead performance driven campaigns to grow bookings, brand awareness, and guest loyalty.
3. Optimise media budgets to maximise ROAS and channel performance.
4. Oversee website optimisation (CRO) and digital guest journey enhancements.
5. Partner with revenue management, sales, and operations to align strategies with business goals.
6. Apply analytics and attribution models to track KPIs and inform future strategies.
7. Lead and mentor a high-performing team and agency partners.
Experience:
8. 7–10 years in digital and performance marketing (hospitality, travel, lifestyle preferred).
9. Proven track record of delivering growth in direct bookings & brand visibility.
10. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, SEO.
11. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
12. Experience managing teams and external partners.
13. Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
