As HR Business Partner, you will support the Commercial leadership team within the UK & Ireland in areas such as talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will also assist in developing and implementing HR priorities aligned with global HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and organizational goals.
What will you do?
* Serve as a consultant to leaders in designated client groups within the UK and European region, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Employ effective change management strategies to support business transformation activities.
* Support organizational change and design by working with senior management and HRBPs to identify requirements and implement solutions.
* Partner with the global HR function to deliver value-added services that align with business objectives.
* Work with Talent & Organizational Capability COE and local leadership to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Manage TUPE projects as needed, coordinating with other departments and HR leadership.
* Lead annual processes related to talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation planning.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.
* Serve as a project leader for HR or business initiatives such as organizational restructuring or cultural change.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management, handling sensitive issues professionally.

* Senior-level HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Change management and organizational development experience.
* Availability for a 12-month contract commitment.
