We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the ITV Insight Group's Commercial Insights team. The analyst will work closely with team members and analysts across ITV Insights Group to optimize and identify new opportunities for TV & Advertising Market Intelligence, market research, and analysis that highlight ITV's role in the media landscape.
The role includes:
* Providing accurate analysis on show, channel, and service performance among viewers and in a competitive context.
* Communicating insights to stakeholders across ITV Commercial.
* Promoting data experimentation and innovation to drive revenue.
* Analyzing complex datasets to uncover strategic insights and opportunities.
* Building relationships and embedding new methodologies in decision-making processes.
* Developing analytical solutions for automating regular reporting processes.
* Developing and embedding dashboard solutions for self-service analytics.
* Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to drive projects forward.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, proficiency in SQL, creating dashboards, understanding TV measurement (Linear and Streaming), and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio. A good understanding of statistical techniques, stakeholder needs, and ITV's media landscape is essential.
Additional key criteria include experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), understanding of Barb data, problem-solving skills, collaboration ability, attention to detail, and a passion for television and media.
