Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis. This role focuses on supply chain customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and post
* Providing customers with information relating to the programme
* Delivering excellent customer service consistently
* Raising tickets in Service Now and redirecting them to the correct resolving areas
* Handling disputes and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution
* Managing ad-hoc requests as they arise
* Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up on outstanding queries
* Ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations
Job Requirements:
* Experience in supply chain customer service
* Proficiency in using customer service software such as Service Now
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Understanding of relevant policies and government regulations
* Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
