Hours : Mon to Friday - 8 to 5 and on a call out rota.
Pay : £250 Engineer /£220 Technician

Check Buffer vessel Temps
Check pressurisation units
Check pump sets and pressure
Check control panels for warning lights
Check for general leaks in plantrooms
Cold water tank temps
Weekly
Sprinkler check and complete sheet
Buffer vessel flushing
Flush Chlorination point in Cold water tank rooms
Water temperatures
Water Flushing of seldom used outlets
Monthly
Shower head replacement – see schedule with security team
Air dirt separators
Water meter read in manhole – Lift but do not enter (2 man job)

Circulating pump maintenance
TMV maintenance
