Process Coordinator
Location: Manchester (1 day per week)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £34,170 per annum
About the Process Coordinator role
Nobul is excited to be one of the recruitment partners for Salix, who are currently recruiting for a Process Coordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the Process Coordinator, this role is central to strengthening Salix’s operational capability as it delivers increasingly complex public sector decarbonisation schemes, including the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS). This is a pivotal role that will help Salix increase its delivery efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and ensure that its infrastructure is fit for the scale and ambition of future funding schemes.
What you’ll do as the Process Coordinator
* Coordinate with Programme Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all changes to processes are communicated effectively and implemented consistently across delivery teams.
* Ensure clear and accessible documentation is maintained for all processes.
* Coordinate and support process training as part of new starter induction.
* Facilitate structured feedback loops with delivery teams to capture insights on process pain points and opportunities for improvement.
* Liaise with the Data, Technology & Workplace team to ensure that system functionality and design align with operational needs.
Key skills and experience for our Process Coordinator
* Experience in coordinating or supporting the delivery of projects or processes within a complex organisation Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems (ideally CiviCRM).
* Strong experience with IT systems including Microsoft Office and online collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, MS Planner).
* Effective time management and ability to set realistic timescales for work delivery.
* Experience developing or maintaining operational processes, guidance, or documentation.
* Willingness to learn and commitment to personal development and training.
