Thai Sous Chef Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience cooking authentic Thai cuisine at Sous Chef level
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, techniques, and flavours
* Ability to collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials
* Confidence in managing kitchen operations during service while maintaining quality and consistency
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Right to work in the UK
