Summary: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and shape how we connect with our customers. In this role, you aren't just selling a service; you are promoting a vital resource. You will take full ownership of our entire digital ecosystem, from our website to our social media channels, ensuring our brand stays impactful and relevant. As our digital lead, you will manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for making sure every initiative is delivered on time and within budget. You will also work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager to launch high-impact behavioural change campaigns while ensuring that all digital content is accessible to every customer. Main Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement strategies that drive digital engagement, both internally & externally to improve staff & customer satisfaction. Use available metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement. Manage the social media strategy across all channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Create email campaigns to target key customers, optimising open rates and CTRs. Constantly review the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website estate and identify areas for improvement. Work with internal stakeholders to create new digital products that help to deliver on the engagement strategy. Create paid campaigns on social media platforms. Maintain consistent brand messaging and brand adoption throughout all platforms. Keep up to date on the latest digital trends and be a go to expert for the business. Confident at liaising with engagement consultants, designers, photographers, videographers and other contractors to achieve desired outcomes. Be part of the Communications out of hours on call rota, responding to media enquiries and assisting during emergency incidents.Skills/Qualifications/Experience Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a regulated utility, environmental, or public service sector. Experience in creating, delivering and optimising digital marketing campaigns through all channels. Experience in Omnichannel strategy, CMS, data analytics (GA4), SEO & SEM.
