Customer Engagement Operations Specialist
Location: Maidenhead - Hybrid
Our client is looking for a Customer Engagement Operations (CEO) Specialist to support the development and delivery of impactful, compliant promotional and educational meetings with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organisations (HCOs).
About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with In-field Teams, Brand Teams, Medical Review, and Ethics & Compliance to ensure that speaker meetings and HCP interactions are both effective and compliant with internal policies and the ABPI Code.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, approve, and support HCP and speaker meetings in line with compliance standards.
* Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue booking, speaker engagement, material approvals, and contracts.
* Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails, ensuring post-meeting processes are completed.
* Train new team members on in-field meeting procedures and compliance requirements.
* Use systems like PromoMats, SharePoint, and Veeva to manage meeting workflows.
Qualifications
* Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
* Experience working with the ABPI Code of Practice
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF)
* Pharma, healthcare, or meeting/event management experience is desirable
