About the Role:
Are you a driven and experienced Sales Manager within the motor trade? We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our commercial team to the next level. You'll be responsible for driving volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction across our commercial vehicle offering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-focused leader with a strong background in light commercial vehicle (LCV) or fleet sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the commercial vehicle sales department, including retail and fleet channels
Drive sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets
Manage and coach a team of sales executives to maximise performance
Build strong relationships with new and existing business clients
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
Maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior sales role within the motor trade (LCV/commercial sector preferred)
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong business development mindset with a customer-first attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Full UK driving licence
The Package:
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience
OTE up to £69,000+ (uncapped commission structure)
