Role Overview Based within a busy estate agency office, you will be responsible for delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a steady stream of new and existing clients. Advisors typically conduct more than ten appointments per week, benefiting from over seven fresh leads every week, alongside access to a large, established client database that supports ongoing remortgage and repeat business opportunities. Working closely with the branch sales team, you will convert referrals, manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion and maintain a high standard of compliance and customer service. CAS status is beneficial but not essential, as full support will be provided. A full UK driving licence, clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions are required. Performance & Earnings Expectations Advisors typically write two to three cases per week, with an average broker fee of £1,500 and annual banking levels between £100,000 and £110,000.
