The Role


This is a fast-paced, high-energy B2B role where you’ll work with existing customers to renew their contracts, retain their business, and identify opportunities to improve their services.

You’ll be the voice customers rely on - turning problems into solutions, renewals into long-term relationships, and conversations into commission.


What you’ll be doing:


* Handling inbound calls around renewals, service queries, complaints, and cancellations
* Making outbound calls to customers who may be considering leaving
* Retaining customers by resolving issues and delivering a great experience
* Renewing and upgrading existing services
* Spotting opportunities to add value across energy, water, telecoms, payments and insurance
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer issues are fixed quickly
* Owning your accounts and driving commercial success


Who We’re Looking For


Experience isn’t essential - attitude is.

You're ideal for this role if you have:


* Strong communication skills
* The drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive environment
* Confidence working across different systems
* A proactive, target-driven mindset
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Customer service or client-facing experience (a bonus, not a requirement!)
* The ability to calm, support and turn around challenging customer interactions

The Interview Process: Discovery Day - Thursday 26th March

This is a one-stage, in-person process running from 9:30am to 5:00pm.

You’ll take part in a Discovery Day - an engaging and interactive assessment where you can showcase your personality, potential, and sales ability. It’s designed to help you shine (not to catch you out!).
