Are you seeking a part-time opportunity that keeps your mornings and afternoons free?
As a lunchtime assistant, you will be responsible for setting up the dining hall with tables and chairs for pupils. You will assist with delivering and serving dinners to pupils and staff. Some pupils may require specific support with feeding, so you may be allocated to a class to assist with this. After dinner, the hall needs tidying and clearing for the afternoon, and you will support students in the playground until the end of break. You will also support classroom staff during lunch breaks.
You should have excellent people skills and a warm, caring personality. Effective communication with students and staff is essential. Opportunities for training are available, and all staff are encouraged to participate.
