We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Sales & Operations Management Executive to support and oversee daily business operations, sales coordination, inventory management, and customer servicing activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership potential, operational problem-solving skills, and a proactive working attitude. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily sales and operational activities
* Manage customer sales orders, cash collection, and delivery coordination
* Ensure proper matching of invoices, sales orders, and inventory records
* Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and operational workflow
* Prepare and review Statements of Account (SOA) and operational reports
* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams
* Support business development and sales growth initiatives
* Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and issue resolution professionally
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
* Assist management in operational planning and execution
Requirements
