Due to expansion, my firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE who has a passion for residential property and ready to take the next step in their career. My firm is seeking a driven and dedicated professional to lead and grow its thriving Conveyancing Department. Key Responsibilities: Handle your own caseload - Residential property matters independently. Supervise and mentor support staff - (Small team). Play an active role in business development - Including networking and building client relationships. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in all aspects of residential property conveyancing including freehold and leasehold properties, first registrations, auctions, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisition and development Strong business development skills with an initiative-taking approach to networking. A proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently and independently whilst delivering exceptional client care. A team player who’s keen to contribute to the department’s success. What’s On Offer?
