As a Ward Manager, You Will
* Lead and manage a team of 20 staff 60% HCA and 40% RMN
* Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.
* Oversee the highest standards of nursing care and maintain a safe ward environment.
* Ensure compliance with policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
* Manage clinical investigations, HR issues, and incident reporting.
* Engage with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Package And Benefits
The Ward Manager position comes with an attractive package:
* Annual salary of £48,000 - £53,000.
* Full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.
* Participation in an on-call rota, one week per month.

The Ideal Ward Manager Candidate Will Have
* Experience as a Ward Manager with strong leadership skills.
* A background in acute or forensic services.
* Registration as a mental health nurse.
* Experience in change management and quality improvement.
* Knowledge of safe wards and risk reduction practices.
