Capability Business Operations Partner
Location: Mostly Remote (approx. 2 days per month in Telford)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Rate: £250pd - £280pd inside IR35
Overview We are currently seeking a Capability Business Operations Partner to support the delivery of a 612 month capability and development strategy within a growing practice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in capability development, workforce planning, training initiatives, and operational support, working closely with leadership, learning & development teams, and staffing partners to ensure skills and talent align with business demand.
Key Responsibilities Deliver the practices 612 month capability plan, including training, certifications, and strategic development initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and professional bodies to support professional development
Support the development of capability strategy and onboarding frameworks to ensure successful integration of new joiners
Analyse skills data and performance metrics to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development plans
Support budgeting and forecasting related to capability and training initiatives
Work with staffing partners to align bench talent with project demand and support deployment decisions
Drive community engagement and internal communications to increase participation in development initiatives and platforms
Requirements Experience in capability development, business operations, workforce planning, or talent strategy
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Experience working with skills data, reporting, or performance insights
Ability to support training programmes, onboarding initiatives, and capability frameworks
Experience in consulting, technology, or large-scale corporate environments is advantageous
Additional Information Mostly remote role with approximately 2 days per month onsite in Telford
BPSS clearance required
