About the Role
We are currently seeking exceptional Lead Class Teachers to join our middle leadership team at Catalyst Academy Trust. These positions are based at Aveley Primary School and Somers Heath Primary School, part of Catalyst Academies Trust, a high-performing local trust.
The successful candidate will develop as a middle leader, leading a year group, and will be responsible for raising standards, mentoring students, planning with the Trust, supporting early career teachers, and fostering a nurturing yet rigorous culture.
