Job Summary:
As an intern at SLB, a global technology company and one of the largest and most reputable energy services providers, you will gain hands-on experience in critical areas of business operations that form the backbone of the company's supply chain. This includes financial record accuracy, customs clearance, and material management across the United Kingdom and Europe.
You will assist with transaction cleanup to ensure accuracy in the company’s financial books, support the processing of customs clearance for incoming materials to the UK while ensuring the correct customs regime is applied, and help clean and update data within the material management business system. Additionally, you will be involved in real-time, day-to-day support for international equipment movement, gaining exposure to the import-export team and logistics personnel.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Transaction Clean up Support: Assist in ensuring accurate financial records by helping clean up transactions in the company’s financial books.
Custom Clearance Support: Aid in processing customs clearance for incoming materials to the UK, ensuring the correct customs regime is applied.
Material Management System Support: Help clean and update data within the material management business system.
International Equipment Movement Support: Provide real-time, day-to-day support for international equipment movement, working with the import-export team and logistics personnel.

Qualifications required:
In the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Finance & Economics / Accounting or other relevant disciplines.
