Responsibilities:
* Managing inbound support tickets and maintaining top-tier system records
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, keeping them updated every step of the way
* Diagnosing, resolving, and triaging technical issues
* Providing expert systems support to clients and partner companies
* Advising clients on best practices to optimize their processes
* Working closely with implementation consultants to resolve system queries
* Identifying and championing software improvements
* Creating and updating helpful documentation to empower end users
* Supporting and collaborating with your teammates to drive success
The successful candidate:
* Customer service experience in a support environment
* Background in accounting or finance? That’s a plus!
* A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A self-motivated team player with a drive to excel
