Communication and Reporting
* Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and team members regarding routine operational matters.
* Accurately record information and relay it to the relevant team members in a timely manner.
* Obtain consent from patients or carers before performing care tasks.

* Assist in delivering care programs tailored to meet individual health and well‑being needs.
* Undertake routine assessment tasks, monitoring any changes in the patient’s condition, and report them promptly to the team.
* Prepare and support patients appropriately during care activities, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and personal beliefs are respected.
* Quickly alert the team to any health or well‑being changes or potential risks.

* Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.
