Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer located in Distington. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for employees, assessing training needs, and evaluating training outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, providing feedback and support to trainees, and maintaining training records. The Trainer will also ensure that training programs comply with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications
* Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development skills
* Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
* Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using training software and tools
* Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
