Operations Director
My client is an education sector catering specialist who operate throughout the UK, providing freshly prepared food to primary & secondary schools and colleges.
The role will be based mainly in and around The Northeast from Newcastle down to Sheffield and the surrounding areas managing 3 Operations Managers.
My client is looking for someone who shares their passion about ensuring that the students are provided with nutritious and delicious food, while also inspiring them to lead a healthier lifestyle.
* Providing direct management and support to the Operations team
* Managing budgets and costs effectively to achieve all targets
* Ensuring food quality and standards of service are met
* Completing audits, action plans and reviews
* Building strong and productive relationships with your clients
* Ensuring all HSE and Food Safety requirements are met
My client is looking for;
* Experience as an Operations Manager within Education or B&I
* Be innovative and creative and strive for excellence.
* A great track record of fabulous client relationships
* Be naturally outgoing and vibrant displaying a passion for all things food and customer service
* Excellent health and safety knowledge
Salary - up to £57,000, Company Car, 12% Bonus Scheme
