Ideal Requirements for the Regional Sales Manager
* Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device - A solid background within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related commercial environment, bringing valuable industry insight and credibility with healthcare customers.
* Proven Leadership in Sales Management - Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate individuals to consistently achieve ambitious regional targets.
* Strong Commercial and Strategic Mindset - A commercially driven professional with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and translate market insights into effective business strategies and sales plans.
* Entrepreneurial Approach to Business Growth - A proactive and opportunity-focused mindset, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth in a competitive market.
