Location: Central Dewsbury with Hybrid working
Salary: £28,602 per annum

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Community Housing Assistant to join our Team here at Connect. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive an excellent customer experience, supporting both our residents and our operational teams.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Housing Assistant, you'll:
* Review and triage customer contact, allocating it appropriately and keeping customers and colleagues informed.
* Use our case management and digital systems to allocate work efficiently.
* Collect and record accurate information from customers, requesting supporting documents where needed.
* Support Community Housing Officers by reassigning cases as required.
* Make outbound calls to gather further details, for example in relation to survey returns.
* Provide administrative support to operational teams, including letters, Notices, and tenancy sign-up packs.
About You
You'll be organised, approachable, and confident working with both people and systems. We're looking for someone who can:
* Deliver a friendly and professional service to customers.
* Communicate clearly, both in writing and over the phone.
* Use digital systems confidently (training provided).
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
