Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bath, South West
Geographical region: Avon, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Somerset
Status: Open to Trainee and existing Assistant Quantity Surveyors from a main contracting or housing background
Remit: South West Commercial team
Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements on offer between home (2 days), office, and sites
About the role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of the Commercial team, working on two new build housing developments in Wiltshire and Somerset.
Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with commercial and surveying responsibilities for a site. Assist in compiling all necessary reports and schedules as required, and undertake all general commercial administrative duties, including filing, emails, chasing down emails and phone calls, and ensuring a general tidiness to Commercial presentation. You will learn and assist with all sub‑contractor procedures and processes, materials and goods, whilst always checking compliance with Group Policies and Procedure.
