Benefits Manager– UK and Europe
London-based | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Supporting approximately 650 employees across 4 countries
Our client is a global information provider with operations around the world across a number of market leading brands. This role is part of a specialist benefits function that plays a pivotal role in delivering first-class health, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You’ll lead benefits operations across four European countries - driving strategy, managing vendors, and ensuring employee engagement figures remain high.
Responsibilities:
* Own daily benefits administration (healthcare, pensions, perks)
* Coordinate the Benefits Administration platform, ensuring a seamless link with payroll and oversee the enrolment process
* Lead one direct report and guide internal stakeholders
* Troubleshoot escalated issues with care and creativity
* Manage ad hoc projects within the team
Expertise:
* 5+ years of benefits experience - ideally a combination of in-house and consultancy
* Detail-driven, solution-oriented, and great under pressure
* Skilled with Workday, Darwin, and technically savvy
* A people-first mindset and strong communication skills

The role is based in Central London, approximately 3 days a week, and offers a salary of around £80,000 base plus package.
