Position Overview

Are you an experienced program leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and collaboration? Join Autodesk’s Global Enterprise Marketing team as Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Experience – a pivotal role driving alignment, governance, and continuous improvement across our global enterprise customer experience.

Our mission is to deliver a connected, consistent, and value-driven experience for Autodesk’s largest customers. You will play a critical role in enabling account teams and cross-functional program contributors–experts from across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations–to deliver on that promise. You’ll build the operational systems, communication frameworks, and performance insights that keep the Enterprise Experience Program running with clarity, consistency, and impact.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the operational lead for Autodesk’s Enterprise Experience Program, ensuring alignment across global account teams and functional partners

2. Work together with Sales executives to integrate the Enterprise Experience Program into account strategies – positioning Autodesk’s enterprise offerings as a key driver of customer success

3. Champion an exceptional customer experience by ensuring all program activities, processes, and touchpoints contribute to delivering consistent value and satisfaction for Autodesk’s enterprise customers

4. Translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams and repeatable frameworks that scale efficiently and support program goals

5. Establish and manage program governance and operating rhythm, including updates, communication cadence, and milestone tracking

6. Partner with cross-functional domain leaders–subject matter experts from across the business–to coordinate delivery, resolve dependencies, and ensure cohesive execution

7. Champion a systems-thinking approach, connecting people, process, and data to strengthen collaboration and customer outcomes

8. Own the development and evolution of core Enterprise Experience Program processes, playbooks, and toolkits

9. Identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in workflows, recommending and implementing improvements that increase agility, visibility, and effectiveness

10. Maintain current, accessible program documentation, templates, and reference materials to ensure consistency and enable onboarding

11. Act as a change catalyst, fostering adoption of best practices and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement across global teams

12. Lead program analytics and performance reporting, coordinating the development of dashboards and KPIs that track engagement, adoption, and impact

13. Provide data-informed insights to guide strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and program evolution

14. Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that communicate program progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

15. Deliver concise, consistent, and transparent communications across program participants, account teams, and executives

16. Facilitate cross-functional alignment by bridging marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams around shared objectives

17. Build trusted relationships across levels and functions, influencing outcomes through collaboration and clarity rather than authority

18. Support the creation of executive-ready materials and briefings that articulate program performance, insights, and future direction

Minimum Qualifications

19. 8+ years of program or project management experience in a global, matrixed organization

20. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

21. Proven track record of translating strategy into operational frameworks that scale across teams

22. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data reporting and process optimization

23. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust, alignment, and shared accountability

24. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack (or equivalent)

25. Experience collaborating with or supporting customer-facing enterprise account teams preferred

26. Familiarity with Agile or continuous improvement methodologies a plus

Salary transparency / Transparence salariale

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
