I am hiring a technical pricing candidate for a Senior Pricing Manager for a growing motor insurer.
As Senior Pricing Manager (Optimisation), you’ll lead retail pricing strategy across products and markets, owning complex pricing decisions end-to-end.
You’ll operate at senior manager level, influencing leadership, driving commercial outcomes, and raising pricing maturity across the business.
The Role -
* Define and execute retail pricing strategy with senior leadership
* Build proprietary price optimisation models (Python-based)
* Own end-to-end pricing for key products and initiatives
* Lead pricing for new propositions and market entries
* Deliver clear, data-driven commercial insights
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed pricing thinking
* Mentor and develop pricing talent
The Candidate -
* Extensive personal lines retail price optimisation experience
* Deep understanding of PCW trading dynamics
* Advanced Python modelling capability
* Strong commercial judgement and executive-level influence
* Experience improving pricing frameworks and governance
* Proven people leadership or coaching experience
Salary - up to £120,000
Location - London (once a week in the office)
