Web Operations Designer
About us
We are a dog training and behaviour company based in Leeds. We are an ever-growing team and with more digital presence than ever. As a result, we are looking for a WebOps Designer to manage our various online platforms and assist ensure the best possible digital experience for our, now worldwide, client base.
Responsibilities
* 1) Management of Online Platforms — Create, update, and ensure quality assurance for website pages and content management system components using Webflow. Maintain landing pages and sales funnels in GoHighLevel, including tracking scripts, order forms and mobile/desktop versions.
* 2) E-Commerce — Manage SamCart checkout processes, set up products, test checkout flows, and embed checkouts on Webflow/GHL pages. Manage Shopify content, implement basic SEO updates, and coordinate product updates.
* 3) A/B Testing and Optimisation — Organise, establish, and execute split tests to enhance conversions using VWO and native tools. Conduct in-Webflow experiments with Optibase, analyze results, and implement successful strategies. Monitor outcomes, provide insights, and implement page enhancements.
* 4) Webinars and Events — Develop and maintain Webflow event pages and registration procedures. Integrate with preferred webinar platforms like Zoom/WebinarJam for tracking and automation purposes. Use Zapier for seamless integrations.
* 5) Community Engagement — Customize Circle.so spaces (Pet dog training clients) and assist in managing the Skool community (Business Mentorship Clients). Address client inquiries and conduct online mastermind sessions on your area of expertise (Business Mentorship Clients).
* 6) System Integration and Automation — Create and maintain Zapier automations to streamline app connections, reduce manual tasks, and enhance data accuracy.
What we’re looking for
* A proactive individual who delivers results, measures outcomes, and iterates as needed.
* Proficient in Webflow with the ability to work with front-end code when required.
* Prior exposure to experimentation tools like VWO/Optibase and a methodical testing approach.
* Familiarity with various platforms such as GoHighLevel, SamCart/Shopify, Circle/Skool, and Zapier or familiar with similar platforms and quick to learn the systems required.
* Additional knowledge in SEO basics and digital performance optimization.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective written communication.
