The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join a mainstream secondary school in West London supporting students aged 11-19.

The role involves working within a mainstream educational setting with a general curriculum and sixth form provision, including a strong STEM focus. You will support students with speech, language, and communication needs to help them access learning, develop social communication skills, and achieve educational outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of secondary-aged students with speech and language needs
* Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
* Develop and implement individualised therapy and support plans
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
* Provide strategies to support communication and classroom participation
* Contribute to EHCP reviews and educational outcomes
* Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
* HCPC registration
* Experience working within speech and language therapy, ideally in educational settings
* Knowledge of adolescent speech, language, and communication needs
* Ability to work independently within a school environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
