Lead Installer
Our busy team supply a number of high-profile clients with signage and graphics not only across Cambridgeshire but the whole of the UK.
In a typical day we could be installing graphics to a fleet of vehicles, rebranding entire offices, fitting illuminated 3D logos at height with cherry picker access or doing a wayfinding roll out scheme.
As our Lead Installer, you will be responsible for organising the install team as well as liaising with the office & production teams to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will co-ordinate larger installation projects taking details from visuals, construction drawings and work orders, ensuring all install team members are briefed on daily tasks and have what is required.
Duties include
* Install signage, vehicle livery and wraps according to specifications and company standards.
* Co-ordinate larger installation projects on site.
* Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with installations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations & RAMS while on-site.
What we want from you...
* Minimum 5 years Signage & Vehicle wrapping installation experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and construction drawings.
* Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
* Work within and implement all Health & Safety Guidelines.
* CSCS, PASMA and iPAF certificates advantageous, but full training can be given
* Full UK driving licence
