Role
:
You would be handling all administration of customer master data e.g., creation of new shipping accounts and amendments to existing customer accounts for deliveries
Data entry of all orders and new client account details
Taking calls from clients and delivery agents, you would mainly be taking messages and passing onto appropriate team members
General administrative assistance for UK customer services team as required and dependent on workload
Systems used include SAP (experience a hug advantage however not essential) Outlook and Teams
Person Specification:
The client would love to have a good team player who can show initiative and be able to work independently. Someone who can pick up ad-hoc tasks on request and is computer literate. Flexible with working hours and ideally have the ability to work more hours through August/September if required.
