Right hand to the GM. Lead the floor, elevate guest experience, run smooth shifts, drive sales, standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest: Host the room, pace service, table touches, uphold standards.
* People: Recruit, train, brief; manage rotas and development
* Ops: Cashing up, tills, allergens/HACCP, stock & month-end), rooms
* Sales & Events: Upsell pairings and specials; support wine suppers/feasts; local marketing with personality.
* Finance: Hit labour %, GP, and variance targets; read the numbers and act.
You
* Proven floor leader in quality pubs/restaurants (with rooms a plus).
* Calm, commercial, guest-obsessed; strong training and recovery skills.
* Wine/beer confident; Food Safety L2+; Personal Licence ideal.
