Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking to make a difference? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our teaching team and help students develop confidence and skill in reading, writing, and communication.

Working Hours: Full-time

Location: Burnham on crouch
About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that support students across a range of abilities. You will foster a love of literature, develop students’ writing skills, and build their confidence in expressing themselves clearly and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Language and Literature across the relevant key stages
* Develop dynamic and differentiated lesson plans to meet student needs
* Monitor and assess student progress, offering targeted support and feedback
* Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
* Excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to high standards and student achievement
* Experience working with students of varying needs and abilities
