Plant Supervisor - Concrete Production
Location: Bicester
Salary: £31,000pa + Benefits
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 48pw including Saturday 7am - 10am

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Plant Supervisor to take charge of concrete production at our site. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in site presentation, and are passionate about safety and quality, this could be your next career move.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing daily concrete/mortar production to meet customer expectations.
* Ensuring plant cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
* Managing stock levels and inspecting incoming materials.
* Leading by example in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Operating the batching plant and front-end loader (FEL) to company standards.
* Supporting continuous improvement in plant utilisation and site presentation.
What We're Looking For
* GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities.
* Experience in plant operations or a similar industrial environment is a plus.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
