We are looking for an engaging marketing leader to join Growth Division. You’ll be responsible for leading growth teams and building companies. Your aim Develop high-growth marketing strategies and manage a team of marketing experts across our startup/scaleup clients. Specifically, this involves Working with Growth Division advisors to set the client strategy Developing ideas and initiatives to boost growth Keeping an eye out for potential new clients and getting referrals Leading meetings with clients and owning the relationship Being accountable for the project results, timeline and success Managing our expert consultants with respect to each project Pulling together the project reporting and documentation Running the project management initiatives and communication Continually learning how to be a better growth marketer If all goes well, you’ll be instrumental in growing some of the world’s most exciting startups. You’ll be able to re-tell some exciting growth stories and be able to say you worked with loads of businesses (not just the same one day-in-day-out). We do this by identifying the highest impact channels to market, building your growth infrastructure and putting together a team of specialist experts to execute growth experiments in those channels. You will be joining a community of world-class expert marketers ( info here ). You’ll be working with the best people to execute on specific channels relevant to each project. We will train you up on our growth marketing framework, based around the Bullseye methodology. Growth Division takes care of the administration of being a consultant and ensures you're paid on time. As a Growth Expert, you’ll be joining us as a specialist in your given area. We don’t provide you with employment and you’ll be operating as a self-employed individual or contracted business. As such, we aren’t able to guarantee any income with this role. You’ll ultimately be responsible for the acquisition and retention of client relationships. What we can guarantee is a framework for growth marketing, a network of pre-vetted experts to work with and a steady stream of client opportunities to consider. For each project, we agree on a monthly retainer with the client on a 90-day rolling basis. You will be offered to join a client growth team based on your experience and previous results.
