Adviser Support Administrator

CAP Resourcing is proud to be working with a well-established financial planning business in Southampton who are looking to appoint an Adviser Support Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a key support role, working closely with Financial Advisers to ensure clients receive a professional, compliant and personable financial planning experience.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident in written and verbal communication
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Able to manage multiple tasks and varying workloads
* IT-literate with solid Microsoft Office skills
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience within a financial services environment
* Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, pensions and bonds
* Experience using CRM systems and investment platforms
* Willingness to work towards a regulatory qualification (no qualifications required initially)
