We are looking for a candidate to work within Specialist Children's Services (SCS) in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, covering Community Paediatrics, CAMHS, and Acute Paediatrics. The role focuses on addressing the health and well‑being needs of children, young people, and their families, and includes leading and developing digital processes, digital governance, and innovation within SCS, supporting the service's ambition to become a digitally enabled environment where staff and service users thrive.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop digital initiatives across Specialist Children's Services
* Design and improve digital processes within SCS
* Establish and support digital governance
* Drive innovation and new digital ways of working
* Ensure services are integrated so children, young people, and families receive the right support at the right time
* Communicate effectively and compassionately with a wide range of stakeholders

* Strong understanding of digital systems, digital governance, and innovation in healthcare
