Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a range of vibrant and welcoming primary schools across Slough. These schools are looking for nurturing practitioners who can provide high-quality support within Nursery and Reception settings.

Role Responsibilities:
As an EYFS TA, your role will include:
* Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through play-based and structured learning
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to support early development
* Assisting with planning, preparation and creative activities
* Ensuring a safe, inclusive and engaging early years environment
* Supporting children with additional needs, promoting independence and confidence
* Collaborating with teachers, SEN staff and the wider school team
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
* Has experience working in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception)
* Is warm, patient, proactive and passionate about child development
* Understands the EYFS framework and learning goals
* Can build positive and supportive relationships with children and staff
* Is reliable, flexible and committed to providing excellent support
