Job Description
Are you passionate about contemporary state of the art buildings design and impacting the space we live in? Do you have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with the full chain of design to construction?
We are looking for an experienced Structural Technician to join a dynamic and progressive structural design consultancy in Henley-on-Thames. The role also offers the possibility to work one or two days per week from our London office, provided you live within travelling distance of Henley.
Responsibilities
* Lead projects from the drawing and modelling side, using Revit exclusively.
* Produce detailed RC detailing and steel connections.
* Communicate effectively and juggle multiple projects simultaneously, mainly in residential and commercial buildings, including new builds, refurbishments, and conversions.
* Ensure projects include diverse designs such as state‑of‑the‑art contemporary, humanitarian, and community works.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience in a building design practice.
* Hands‑on experience as a Revit technician, with a solid understanding of building integration.
* Strong communicator and team collaborator.
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
