With ambitious plans for further national expansion, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the industry.We are currently looking for aMulti Carpenterto join our team in Winchester.Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
* The post holder will be a mobile operative and engineer that is responsible for responding to, and completing repairs as directed.
* You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and other similar activities within domestic and other properties.
* Carry out general carpentry duties.
* You will utilse all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades as well as your excellent analytical skills in diagnosing faults and implementing remedies on the first visit to the property as much as possible.
* You will ensure that maintenance works are completed safely to SHE requirements, delivered efficiently and to a professionally high standard; working flexibly, alone or within a team and completing works within required timescales and deadlines.
* The post holder will also, as required, provide an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis.
Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience in a Multi Trader role - if you have worked in Social Housing before that's a bonus!
