Internship Overview
Prozone Realty is seeking a Legal Intern to support our in-house legal team. This role offers hands-on experience in contract management, legal advisory, and compliance operations within the dynamic real estate and retail development sector. Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents including:
o Vendor agreements
o Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
o Service-level agreements (SLAs)
o Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
* Ensure all contracts are legally compliant and aligned with internal policies
* Track and interpret relevant laws and regulatory updates
* Assist various departments in meeting legal obligations and understanding risk
* Offer day-to-day legal guidance on business operations and strategies
* Identify potential legal risks and propose risk-mitigation solutions
* Draft and maintain company policies, compliance checklists, and internal guidelines
* Review internal and external communications, including marketing materials, to flag legal concerns
