Protocol Education is partnering with top schools in your area to find dynamic individuals eager to develop their personal skills while fostering students' abilities. Our partner schools offer hands-on training and ongoing support from experienced staff. In this role, you will assist students aged 4-11 in their social, emotional, and academic development. Experience with children or a caregiving background is advantageous. This long-term, full-time position offers a rewarding career step.
Responsibilities:
* Support learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
* Assist teachers in preparing resources and activities
* Build positive relationships with staff, students, and families
* Collaborate effectively with team members
* Approach each day with enthusiasm and dedication
Requirements:
* Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering a love of learning
* Experience in childcare or working with children (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Confidence and motivation to guide individuals or small groups
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)

Pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanency in the future.
