Are you a motivated and experienced Sales Administrator, who is looking for a busy and varied role on the outskirts of Chesterfield?
The main purpose of the role is to provide first point of contact and support for customers, whilst also providing further support for the internal teams.
As the Sales Administrator, you’ll require the following essentials:
• Previous Sales Administrator experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and able to work to own initiative
• Demonstrate strong IT and organisational Skills
• Be confident communicating with customers and suppliers
The ideal candidate will be driven, determined, and committed to providing excellent support to customers and team members alike, whilst also working with team members across the wider business.
Reporting to the Sales Administrator, you’ll also be:
• Ensuring all orders received by customers are in line with the requirements
• Maintaining all aspects of compliance relating to customer orders
• Monitoring and controlling stock levels
• Handling any queries and dealing with any issues linked to tracking or delivering
• Managing any customer returns as required
• Building a strong relationship with customers, other departments and stakeholders
As a Sales Administrator, you may be required to occasionally travel to other offices in order to support other functions within the business
Salary
Salary is £26,000 - £28,000pa dependent on experience
