As a lead finance business partner to thebusinessand2IC to the Head of FP&A,theFP&A and ZBB Reporting Managerprovides critical finance support to internal and external stakeholders, including the ANJ executive team.Withleadresponsibilities overKHC business cycles andrelated reportingandsubmissions to the EPDM Zone, this position willberequiredto effectively interact with multiple levels of leadershipacrossthe organization. With a continuous improvement mindset, theFP&A and ZBB Reporting Managerwillsupportthe driving of the finance agenda cross the business.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Responsibilityof the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycle (budget,forecast and performance reviews).
2. Maintainand furtherdevelop KHC financial templatesanddecks that provides reliable information to the management team.
3. Support thecollation andpresentation ofmonthly and quarterly business reviews to the Business Unit CEO/CFO along detailed variance explanations. Ensure that they are fully aware of the shape the business is in.
4. Leadthe development or improvement ofexisting processes relating to KHC business cycle/financial reporting.
5. Manage business unit P&Land Cash flow(Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea):
6. Develop metrics to track team-specific and company-wide performance.Identifyopportunities, provide recommendations, and collaborate across all levels.
7. Continuously challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement across all functions
8. Lead WorkingCapitaland CashFlowAgendafor ANJ
9. Overseethe managementand controloffixed cost spend(ZBB),ensuringspend is according to policy and budgets while partnering with stakeholders tocapture efficienciesand challenge performance.
10. Responsible forANJ reporting infrastructure, including:
11. Optimizingour financial reports, providingaccurateandtimelyvisibility
12. Ability to create andmaintainconceptual andhighly complex, efficient, logical financial models.
13. Work withITandFP&A PlanningandInsights Manager to drivecontinuous improvements of KHC reporting software/systems
14. Lead Data structure and availability to the business
15. Manage and continue to develop the FP&A team
16. Supportother ad hoc requests/analysis/projects related but not limited tobusinessprofitability,long-rangeforecastandstrategicplan
17. Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals.
About you:
18. experiencein FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.
19. Extensive people management experience
20. Experience working on transformation projects,demonstratedcompetency in improving efficiency
21. FMCG industry experience (highlydesirable)
22. AdvancedExcel and financial modelling skills
23. Advanced presentation skills, able tosynthesiseand communicateeffectivelywith all levels of the business and cross functionally.
24. Strongstakeholder engagement skills (including leadingELTforums),business partneringand communication skills.
25. Commercial acumenand ability to interpret complex datasets and simplify messaging
26. A drive to challenge the status quo, anddemonstratea continuous improvement mentality
27. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines
28. Demonstrated ability to work withandinfluencesenior stakeholders
