Supervisor – Facilities Management ¦ Hard Services ¦ M&E Maintenance
Location: Bromley, Kent
WPS is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an internal team member to step into the role of FM Supervisor, leading a skilled team of engineers to deliver exceptional and sustainable hard services and M&E maintenance for our prestigious client.
About the Role
As an FM Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality facilities management services, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do. You’ll manage multiple priorities with confidence, resolve day-to-day maintenance issues, and provide hands-on support when required.
Holding certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualifications will give you a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
2. Preparing accurate quotations for additional works.
3. Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
4. Maintaining compliance and high standards across all operations.
Your organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to build strong client relationships will be critical to your success.

6. Provide cover for engineers’ holidays on resident sites, maximising efficiency through costed supervision and second-man works.

8. Prepare and present MI reports to clients, ensuring exceptional stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
